Sheriff Heath Elliott's office operates the Seminole County Jail and handles local jail-status and booking-record routing. The jail and sheriff's office are listed at the same public safety address in Donalsonville. The research did not locate a separate records lobby schedule, but the sheriff site does publish jail phone and visitation information.

For a public-records request, the sheriff form names incident reports, accident reports, booking reports, body-camera footage, in-car camera footage, and other records. Include the person's name, the date and time of the incident or arrest, the address or road name, the case number if known, and the record type. Georgia Open Records Act timing and fee rules apply, but the final response comes from the agency that holds the record.
